What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy combines movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Unlike a vinyasa-based class, sessions are personalized to your unique healing goals and guided by a Certified Yoga Therapist in private or small-group settings. Paired with the sister science of Ayurveda, we will cultivate self-care practices desinged to support your unique needs.
Through a customized practice, you’ll calm your nervous system, find emotional balance, release physical tension, sleep more deeply, and build lasting tools for stress relief.

About Lisa Segar
I began practicing yoga in 2015 and quickly discovered its power to quiet the noise of the world and deepen my inner connection. As my practice grew, I realized yoga not only helped me manage stress but also supported my healing—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It became a path to reclaiming my sense of wholeness and well-being.
My journey led me to study yoga in 2016, driven by a love of learning and a deep calling to serve. With a background as a nurse and extensive yoga teacher training, I began my Yoga Therapy certification in 2021.
I believe yoga is for everyone, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. Using mindfulness, breathwork, movement, mantra, and yoga philosophy, I’ll support you in building tools to manage stress, ease discomfort, and restore balance. Like you, I’ve experienced life’s challenges—yoga can help. Together, we’ll create a practice that nurtures your healing and well-being.

Services & Workshops
Yoga in Nature
is an all-levels outdoor class offered on Fridays, where you can breathe, move, and reconnect with nature in a peaceful woodland setting. Surrounded by fresh air and grounding energy, this practice supports relaxation, mindfulness, and well-being—helping you feel more balanced, present, and restored.
Healthy Heart, Happy Heart
is a 6-week program designed to help participants reduce stress, improve overall well-being, and support physical, mental, and emotional health through gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and group connection. This program is offered in a small group setting—making it a perfect offering for workplace wellness.
